Erasing HellIt’s just been announced today: Francis Chan and Preston Sprinkle have teamed up to write a book addressing the current controversy over the existence of hell.

The book is entitled Erasing Hell: What God Said About Eternity, and the Things We Made Up.

Chan and Sprinkle examine what the New Testament actually says about hell and place Jesus’ teaching on hell in its first-century Jewish context. They also answer answer important questions such as:

– Why does the Bible talk about hell?
– How do we respond when God’s ways don’t make sense to us?
– What is the proper response to the Bible’s teaching on hell?

The book is scheduled for release on July 5.
